Hugo demonstrates the POWER expectations in the following ways: Positive - Hugo is positive as he focuses on his work and is willing to help his classmates. Ownership-he has taken ownership of his work and the school expectations. We Work Together - when he has a question or needs assistance, Hugo will ask for help to work through the question or challenge.
