On Wednesday 10/9, The Aurora County Siders 4H members handed out "Ag. Fun for Everyone" activity books to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade students. As the days get colder, this book will help pass the time indoors! Enjoy!

Here are the results from our local oral iterp contest. Those who placed 1st will attend the District Competition in Mitchell on November 6th. Those who placed 2nd or 3rd will attend the CBH Competition in Mitchell on October 15th in Mitchell. The schedules for the District & CBH Competitions will be posted when they are finalized.

PHS All State Choir Members attended two workshops at USD and SDSU this week to help prepare for the concert on November 2nd!


Multimedia and Aviation classes got out to the Fish Lake golf course to practice flying drones. They snapped some pretty good pictures of the progress being done on the new cart path!

Seventh grade science has been wrapping up a unit on meteorology. We had the chance to travel to Sioux Falls to Dakota News Now to meet some staff, learn about media broadcasting, and see first-hand how weather broadcasts get put on tv!
